Every percent, in the open.

An entirely independent sales channel. The commission is 45% of product sales credited to creators in the roster, on the first order and on every reorder. Shipping and processing fees stay outside of commission so your margins are safe per order. On $100 of product sales you keep $55, the biggest single share, before your own costs. The retainer and any extras are separate. Paying on the customer, not the click, is what keeps the rate at 45 and the roster building quality LTV buyers.

On a standard $100 order the creator earns $25, the ATL and the TL $2.50 each, VML $15, and you keep $55. In the TL's own pod the TL holds both leader shares, $5. On their own sales an ATL earns $27.50 and a TL $30, their leader shares included. In a $10k+ month the creator earns $30 and VML steps down to $10. Your 55 never moves.

45% The commission, fixed Static on every credited order. You keep the other 55 and can plan on it.
The creator ladder

Starts at 25. Grows to 30.

ATLs and TLs earn a bigger share of their own sales, plus an override: a small share of every sale their people make. It is pay for leading, on top of their own selling.

The best sellers become leaders. The leaders keep selling.

The TL anchor

Leadership with a number behind it.

30%From own orders
11Teammates whose sales earn the TL an override
$1,000The monthly floor from month two, $500 in month one

A TL still sells, while helping the whole team build a dependable floor.

At $10k+ in product sales in a 28-day cycle a creator earns 30% for that cycle, an ATL 32.5%, a TL 35%, and VML steps down to 10%. Your commission stays 45%. Like any sales floor, the top producers are paid best, because that is what takes a $10k creator to $20k. Leader seats are reviewed by performance every cycle, and new pods and teams open with your approval.

You are the biggest winner on every order, by design.

The Sales Engine

Input

You supply the product

You supply the product, fulfill the orders and approve the offers. That is your side. Ours is everything that sells it: recruiting and training the roster, the brand content, crediting every sale, every payout.

Sales

Influencers sell it

One sponsored post is a lottery ticket. A roster is a sales force: small creators who learn your product, work in teams and earn commission on the sales credited to them. No single creator carries the result, or can take it with them.

Output

It grows with you

Customers stay credited. Creators keep earning on reorders from the customers credited to them, which is their reason to keep selling your product, cycle after cycle.

Your home-grown sales organization

The Gold Standard roster: thirty-six people in three teams of twelve. Each team is 2 pods of 6, each pod 3 buddy pairs. A TL (team leader) leads one pod, an ATL (assistant team leader) the other, and both still sell while the TL trains the ATL. Nobody climbs alone. The first leaders are hand-picked from our pool for their following, their track record, and their will to lead.

The floor is $500 per creator in month one while training runs, then $1,000 a month from month two: $36,000 a month when all 36 meet it. The floor keeps a seat, it is not the goal. Buddy pairs and selling leaders carry the work.

The money loop
The rookie mistake

Finding a creator who sells $10k+ a month is one thing. Keeping them growing, producing and unpoached for six months and beyond is another. A roster of two has no way to absorb losing one.

Why thirty-six

Nobody is the business. Leadership seats, weekly pay and lifetime customer credit give the producers every reason to stay. Whoever leaves takes a seat, not your sales.

06 / 09

Optional support for the roster

Optional extras

Choose store credit, additional creator seats or a bonus program. Each adds a separate cost, priced against your cost of goods, not retail.

01

Signed creator store credit

A monthly store credit gives every signed creator product for personal use and content. The credit has a retail value to them, while your cost is the goods. Levels rise with sales performance. Orders paid with the credit earn no commission and count toward no milestone.

Retail value for the creator. Product cost for you. That gap is the most impactful dollar you will spend on this channel.

02

Room to grow the roster Nice to plan

With your approval, new pods open under existing leaders as the roster grows, so leadership and the better commissions stay a growing figure. That is the competition you want: everyone climbing, nobody fighting over a chair.

A flat $55 per added creator per 4-week cycle for the added roster administration. Not a profit line.

Something to plan for from month three, reviewed against sales, leadership capacity and the cost of the added seats.

03

Milestone bonuses Recommended

A flat 2.75% of product sales credited to the roster, on top of the 45, funds the individual ladder: $10 at $1,000, $30 at $3,000, $50 at $5,000, $75 at $7,500 and $100 at $10,000 in a cycle, all collected, $265 at most. At every rung the ladder costs less than the budget, so the small remainder stays yours, rolled into the next cycle and reported line by line.

One number, one ladder. A creator earns at most $265 a cycle from it, and it is what turns a good month into a habit.

Questions before the call

Is this a fit for our brand?

You sell peptides direct to customers and fulfill reliably. On the discovery call we check whether your margins carry the commission, the retainer and any extras you choose, and we say plainly if they do not.

What does it cost?

The Gold Standard is $4,500 for 36 people. El Jefe is $12,800 for 96. Both retainers are billed per 4-week cycle, thirteen in a year, plus 45% of product sales credited to the roster, first orders and every reorder for life. On $100 of product sales you keep $55 before your own costs, the retainer and any extras. The optional bonus program adds a flat 2.75%. Store credit and extra seats are separate.

What is the minimum commitment?

A three-month minimum, billed per 4-week cycle. Recruiting, training and the first reorders take that long to show you what the channel is. After the minimum, billing continues cycle by cycle and you can stop at the end of any cycle.

We tried creators before. What is different here?

We recruit and train a selling roster with leaders who still sell and help their teams. Creators earn commission on the sales and reorders credited to them, paid weekly. And it is not two big creators who get poached the month they get seen. It is thirty-six, in pods, with customers credited to them for life. The work continues past a sponsored post.

How are sales and reorders credited?

A customer is credited to the first creator whose code they use, and the tag never moves. Every reorder from that customer earns commission for life. That pays creators for the customers they bring and gives them a reason to keep selling your product.

Who owns the roster and the customer data?

Your business owns the store, the social accounts, the customer data, the order history and the roster we build. We run the selling. We need read access to your orders so both sides can check every credited sale and every payout.

What work stays on our side?

You supply the product, fulfill the orders, approve the offers, send the weekly commission payment, and give us read access to your orders. We recruit and train the creators, run the brand content, credit every sale and manage every payout.

What happens if a creator does not sell?

The floor is $500 in product sales in month one while training runs, then $1,000 a month from month two. A creator under it rotates out and we fill the seat. An empty seat costs you no commission. The retainer covers running the roster either way.

How do payments and refunds work?

You send the commission due on the week of credited sales as one payment. When it lands, we pay every creator and leader the same day and keep our part. Nothing is paid out before it is paid in. A tenth of each payout waits 30 days for the returns window, and refunds net against the next weekly sum. The retainer, the extras and any bonuses settle at the end of each 4-week cycle.

What offer do customers get?

One tailored to your product, with your approval. We recommend a first-order incentive like free shipping plus a 5% lifetime discount to bring them back, and every reorder credits the creator who won them.

What will creators say about our products?

What the product is, who it is for and why the quality is what it is. Creators are trained on what can and cannot be said, every offer runs with your approval, and informative content is the only kind we make.

When does work start, and when are payments due?

Within 48 hours of your kickoff payment we start recruiting, and your first creators enter boot camp for one to two weeks of tools and training. The kickoff payment covers cycle one and week one is on us. The next retainer payment lands on day 35, then every 28 days.

What happens on the discovery call?

Thirty or sixty minutes. We review your product, your fulfillment, your margins and your goals, work through the numbers together and say plainly whether it is a fit. Nobody buys on the first call. If you go ahead, the next call is the kickoff.
