Is this a fit for our brand?
You sell peptides direct to customers and fulfill reliably. On the discovery call we check whether your margins carry the commission, the retainer and any extras you choose, and we say plainly if they do not.
What does it cost?
The Gold Standard is $4,500 for 36 people. El Jefe is $12,800 for 96. Both retainers are billed per 4-week cycle, thirteen in a year, plus 45% of product sales credited to the roster, first orders and every reorder for life. On $100 of product sales you keep $55 before your own costs, the retainer and any extras. The optional bonus program adds a flat 2.75%. Store credit and extra seats are separate.
What is the minimum commitment?
A three-month minimum, billed per 4-week cycle. Recruiting, training and the first reorders take that long to show you what the channel is. After the minimum, billing continues cycle by cycle and you can stop at the end of any cycle.
We tried creators before. What is different here?
We recruit and train a selling roster with leaders who still sell and help their teams. Creators earn commission on the sales and reorders credited to them, paid weekly. And it is not two big creators who get poached the month they get seen. It is thirty-six, in pods, with customers credited to them for life. The work continues past a sponsored post.
How are sales and reorders credited?
A customer is credited to the first creator whose code they use, and the tag never moves. Every reorder from that customer earns commission for life. That pays creators for the customers they bring and gives them a reason to keep selling your product.
Who owns the roster and the customer data?
Your business owns the store, the social accounts, the customer data, the order history and the roster we build. We run the selling. We need read access to your orders so both sides can check every credited sale and every payout.
What work stays on our side?
You supply the product, fulfill the orders, approve the offers, send the weekly commission payment, and give us read access to your orders. We recruit and train the creators, run the brand content, credit every sale and manage every payout.
What happens if a creator does not sell?
The floor is $500 in product sales in month one while training runs, then $1,000 a month from month two. A creator under it rotates out and we fill the seat. An empty seat costs you no commission. The retainer covers running the roster either way.
How do payments and refunds work?
You send the commission due on the week of credited sales as one payment. When it lands, we pay every creator and leader the same day and keep our part. Nothing is paid out before it is paid in. A tenth of each payout waits 30 days for the returns window, and refunds net against the next weekly sum. The retainer, the extras and any bonuses settle at the end of each 4-week cycle.
What offer do customers get?
One tailored to your product, with your approval. We recommend a first-order incentive like free shipping plus a 5% lifetime discount to bring them back, and every reorder credits the creator who won them.
What will creators say about our products?
What the product is, who it is for and why the quality is what it is. Creators are trained on what can and cannot be said, every offer runs with your approval, and informative content is the only kind we make.
When does work start, and when are payments due?
Within 48 hours of your kickoff payment we start recruiting, and your first creators enter boot camp for one to two weeks of tools and training. The kickoff payment covers cycle one and week one is on us. The next retainer payment lands on day 35, then every 28 days.
What happens on the discovery call?
Thirty or sixty minutes. We review your product, your fulfillment, your margins and your goals, work through the numbers together and say plainly whether it is a fit. Nobody buys on the first call. If you go ahead, the next call is the kickoff.
